Radio Disney AM1440 and the Radio Disney Road Crew!
The Radio Disney Road Crew will join us once again this year to entertain participants, young and old! Look for Radio Disney AM 1440 and the Radio Disney Road Crew entertaining you in the family area. Their high energy music, dancing, themed activities, contest and games will keep you on your feet.

*Your entry fee includes race registration, chip timing, race bib and race refreshments. Performance shirts will be given to participants who raise $100 or more to support Children’s Cancer Research Fund.

Entry fees get us to the starting line—fundraising gets us closer to the cure! There is not a fundraising minimum to participate in Time to Fly; however, we encourage participants to raise funds to support Children’s Cancer Research Fund. We suggest a fundraising goal of $100 or more for each participant.
All participants who raise $100 or more will receive a Time to Fly performance shirt. Thank you for partnering in our efforts! Your support is invaluable!

Race packet pick-up
Participants have the option to pick up their race packets in advance of June 22 to avoid registration lines. Donations can also be dropped off during these times. Packet pick-up times include:

Other information
Strollers are welcome in our events, but will need to start at the back of the 5K and 10K races, please.
No pets will be permitted at Time to Fly.
A picnic area will be open following the event. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverage.

Race winners will be determined in the following age brackets:
- 14 and under
- 15 – 19
- 20 – 29
- 30 – 39
- 40 – 49
- 50 – 59
- 60 – 69
- 70 and over
Awards and Incentives
Race and team fundraising awards will be awarded at Time to Fly. Individual fundraising awards will be awarded July 19 giving participants the opportunity to continue to collect donations after Time to Fly.
